MUCHCAINE (500 g jar) is the professional bulk-size presentation of the 10.56% lidocaine topical anaesthetic, formulated for large-area treatment or multi-patient daily use in high-volume aesthetic clinics. The 10.56% lidocaine concentration blocks peripheral sodium channels in cutaneous nociceptors under occlusion, achieving effective surface-to-mid-dermal anaesthesia within 15–25 minutes — suitable for full-face laser, extensive tattooing, and large mesotherapy grids. The 500 g jar maximises cost efficiency for practices with high throughput.

Presentación

Each unit contains one 500g jar of Muchcaine anesthetic surface cream.

Protocolo

Using a spatula (to maintain sterility), apply a 2–3 mm thick layer to the clean, dry treatment area; cover with occlusive film for 20–30 minutes, then wipe clean before the procedure. Maximum dose: 1.74 g cream (187 mg lidocaine) per 24 hours on intact skin. Avoid eyes and mucosal surfaces. Use a fresh spatula for each patient to prevent cross-contamination. Anaesthetic effect persists 60–90 minutes post-removal.
