Протокол
Cleanse the face and apply ultrasound coupling gel. Perform a skin thickness assessment to select the appropriate cartridge depth (1.5 mm for superficial lines, 3.0 mm for dermis, 4.5 mm for SMAS and deep tissue lifting). Map the treatment grid, typically 200–800 shots for a full face and neck. Deliver shots at manufacturer-recommended fluence, maintaining 5 mm spacing between shot lines. A single full-face HIFU session is typically performed once every 6–12 months; final results are visible at 8–12 weeks post-treatment.
