HYCOBAL INJ. — гидроксокобаламин (Vit.B12a) 5 мг/2 мл, 2 мл x 50 ампул. Облегчение периферической и нейропатической боли. Применяется при остром и множественном неврите, ишиасе, ревматической невралгии, синдроме грудного выхода, спинальной миалгии, замороженном плече, постгерпетической невралгии.

Hydroxocobalamin 5 mg / 2 mL, supplied as 2 mL × 50 ampoules per box.

Протокол

For B12 deficiency repletion: administer 1,000–5,000 mcg (0.4–2 mL) IM into the gluteus maximus or deltoid 3 times weekly for 2–4 weeks using a 23G 25 mm needle, then monthly for maintenance. For IV wellness protocols, add to an existing drip at 1,000–5,000 mcg per session. Rotate injection sites to avoid local induration; monitor serum B12, CBC, and methylmalonic acid response.
