A single-ingredient L-Arginine Hydrochloride injectable (10 mg/mL) used to acutely lower blood ammonia levels. Indicated for hyperammonemia and specific metabolic disorders such as urea cycle enzyme deficiencies. Administered exclusively in a hospital/clinical setting under physician supervision.

Показания

Hyperammonemia — acute reduction of elevated blood ammonia levels in patients with urea cycle disorders or other metabolic conditions causing ammonia accumulation. Metabolic support — used in specific amino acid metabolic disturbances where arginine becomes conditionally essential.

Colorless, transparent solution in multi-layer plastic (polypropylene) containers. Storage: sealed container, room temperature (1–30°C).

Протокол

Hospital/clinical use under an experienced physician's supervision only. Standard: IV infusion per physician's prescription, dose adjusted by body weight and condition. Rate: Infused slowly; rapid infusion must be avoided to prevent adverse reactions. Report any side effects to physician immediately during or after infusion. Ingredients (per 100 mL): L-Arginine Hydrochloride 1,000 mg (10 mg/mL) Excipients: Water for injection Storage: Sealed container, room temperature (1–30°C) Caution: Prescription-only; administer only under experienced medical supervision. Do not use in: hypersensitivity to L-Arginine or any component of the formulation. Use with caution in: patients with renal or hepatic impairment; electrolyte imbalances (risk of hyperkalemia/hyperchloremic acidosis). Possible adverse reactions: nausea, vomiting, flushing, headache, numbness, dizziness, local site reactions. Breastfeeding: use with caution; passage into breast milk not fully established — consult physician. Do not use if packaging is damaged or solution appears cloudy/discolored.
