Coretox is a purified Botulinum Toxin Type A (150kD) presented as a lyophilized white powder for injection, supplied in a colorless transparent vial. When reconstituted with sterile normal saline, it forms a colorless, transparent solution. It uses Medytox's proprietary stabilizer-free formulation, eliminating human serum albumin (HSA) from the manufacturing process.

Injection tips: Use 30–32G needle Inject intramuscularly (or intradermally for hyperhidrosis) Onset: 3–5 days Peak effect: 10–14 days Duration: 3–6 months Discard unused solution after 24 hours Cautions & Contraindications For use by trained medical professionals only Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin or any excipient Do not use in patients with neuromuscular disorders (Myasthenia Gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, ALS) Avoid in pregnant or breastfeeding patients Caution with aminoglycoside antibiotics (potentiate toxin effect) Do not inject into infected or inflamed tissue Risk of diffusion to adjacent muscles — use precise injection technique Keep epinephrine available in case of anaphylaxis Store at 2°C–8°C (refrigerated); protect from light and freezing Use within 24 hours after reconstitution Storage Conditions Unopened: 2°C – 8°C (refrigerator) After reconstitution: 2°C – 8°C, use within 24 hours Do not freeze the reconstituted solution Key differentiator: No human serum albumin — reduces risk of protein-related immune responses.
