Meamo Labs Silhouette Body Contouring Serum is an injectable lipolytic solution made in Korea. It is a product for intradermal lipolysis used in combination with injectable mesotherapy, based on highly purified phosphatidylcholine which induces apoptosis of adipocytes, with sodium deoxycholate, L-carnitine and vitamin B12 added to accelerate lipolysis and fatty acid catabolism.

Axillary, upper arm and lateral shoulder blade fat deposits; excess fat in the abdomen, buttocks, thighs or waist; skin ptosis and reduced tissue turgor leading to wrinkles; general contour correction.

Протокол

Store away from heat sources and open flames, in a cool, well-ventilated place, not above 30°C, out of direct sunlight, with the vial tightly closed. Once opened, refrigerate at 5–10°C and use within 7 days. Injected locally into the areas where fat is to be reduced, into the subcutaneous fat layer, using a 30G 10 mm ultra-fine needle. Injection points are placed at the intersections of an imaginary 1 cm grid. Depth is 6 to 13 mm depending on sex, age and body area. Volume per injection point: shoulders, upper arm and axillary area 0.01–0.1 mL; bra rolls and back 0.05–0.1 mL; abdomen and waist 0.05–0.2 mL; buttocks and thighs 0.1–0.2 mL. Course: 3 to 8 sessions at 15-day intervals. Aftercare: rest seated for 30–40 minutes, drink 0.5 L of water immediately, then 2–2.5 L daily for two weeks. Do not touch or apply cosmetics to the treated area for one day, and avoid heavy exercise, swimming pools, saunas and solariums for one week. This is an injectable intended for trained practitioners only, not for home or consumer use. Injection lipolysis generally carries risks of swelling, bruising, pain, nodules, and skin necrosis if injected at the wrong depth, which is why depth control is emphasized.
