Протокол
Apply topical anaesthetic cream 30–45 minutes pre-treatment. Remove anaesthetic and cleanse the face with a mild cleanser. Apply cooling gel and attach the 1450 nm handpiece. Select the fluence (typically 10–14 J/cm²) and pulse duration per skin phototype (Fitzpatrick I–IV). Deliver pulses in a systematic grid across the acne-prone zones; use a cryogen spray or dynamic cooling device (DCD) to protect the epidermis between pulses. Perform 3–5 sessions at 3–4 week intervals; combine with topical retinoids or antibiotics for optimal outcome.
