Description
Luthione is an injectable reduced glutathione preparation supplied as a lyophilized powder for IM or IV infusion after reconstitution.
Indication
Injectable glutathione is approved in Korea and some other markets mainly as an adjunct therapy: chronic liver disease, alcohol-related liver damage, heavy metal or drug poisoning, certain chemotherapy-related side effects (notably cisplatin neuropathy), and some ophthalmic uses.
