Description
Ultra White is an advanced brightening mesotherapy cocktail in 3 mL vials containing tranexamoyl dipeptide-23, tetrapeptide, oligopeptide-2 (IGF-1), polypeptide-1, glutathione, vitamin C, N-acetyl glucosamine, sodium DNA, arbutin, niacinamide, and vitamin B5. These actives collectively inhibit tyrosinase at multiple pathway steps, stimulate keratinocyte turnover, reduce melanin transfer, and counteract UV-induced oxidative damage for comprehensive skin brightening. It is indicated for hyperpigmentation, melasma, uneven skin tone, and dull complexion requiring a multi-target brightening approach.

Designed for professional facial mesotherapy and intended to support surface tone, brightness, and adjunctive use within structured in-clinic facial conditioning programs.
Packaging
Supplied as 5 vials of 3 mL each per pack, providing a complete in-clinic working set per program.
Protocol
Use 3 mL per session injected intradermally at 1–2 mm depth with a 30G or 31G needle using nappage or mesotherapy gun technique, 0.02–0.03 mL per injection point. Systematically cover the treatment area; combine sessions with topical brightening agents for synergistic results. Perform 4–6 weekly sessions; maintenance every 4–8 weeks under ongoing SPF50+ photoprotection.
