These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Lumée Maison website and its services. By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2.Business (B2B) Use Only

Lumée Maison sells professional aesthetic products to licensed aesthetic professionals and clinics only. The site is not directed to consumers or to the general public in South Korea. You confirm that you are a qualified professional purchasing for professional use, not for resale to end consumers.

3.Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and to stock availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Payment is made by Wise bank transfer or USDT as described during checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order.

4.Shipping, Customs & Local Law

We ship internationally from South Korea. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported, held, and used in your country, and for any duties, taxes, and licensing that apply. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5.Intellectual Property — Ownership

The entire website and administrative (back-office) system — including its source code, database design, page structure, checkout flow, text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and overall design and "look and feel" — is owned by Lumée Maison and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or licence in any of it is transferred to you by using the site.

6.Intellectual Property — Prohibited Copying

You may not, without our prior written permission:

–copy, clone, mirror, scrape, or reproduce the website, its source code, its design, or its administrative interface, in whole or in part;
–deploy, host, or operate a website, application, or service that reuses our code, structure, checkout flow, admin panel, or "look and feel";
–build a competing or substantially similar site from our design or content;
–use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or extract the site or its data;
–attempt to access, probe, or use any non-public or administrative area of the site.

Any such use is a violation of our rights and will be pursued, including through takedown requests to hosting providers and domain registrars and any other legal remedy available.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, or misuse other users’ information. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumée Maison is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea.
