Description
Exogen for Hair and Skin is a lyophilized exosome system providing 100 mg exosome powder with a 6 mL activating diluent, formulated with exosomes that deliver growth factors including VEGF, IGF-1, and FGF to both scalp hair follicles and facial skin. For scalp use, the exosome-mediated signaling extends the anagen phase, promotes dermal papilla cell activity, and reduces follicular inflammation to improve hair density and reduce shedding. For skin use, the same growth factor cargo stimulates fibroblast collagen synthesis and epidermal regeneration.

Protocol
Reconstitute the 100 mg lyophilized powder with the 6 mL activating diluent; use promptly after dissolution. For scalp injection, use a 30G or 32G needle at 3–4 mm depth via serial papule technique across the thinning area, 0.05 mL per point. For facial skin, inject intradermally at 1–2 mm via nappage. Schedule 3–6 sessions at 2–4 week intervals for both scalp and face indications.
