Description
Elasty Grand Plus is a high-viscosity, cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler with 0.3% lidocaine, calibrated for deep structural contouring and volumetric augmentation. It is suited for malar projection, chin and jawline definition, and non-surgical nose augmentation, providing firm, durable lift at the supraperiosteal or deep subcutaneous plane. Lidocaine integration enhances patient comfort during deeper tissue placement.
Indication
Suitable for deep volume restoration and facial contouring. Recommended for procedures requiring more pronounced volumetric support with added injection comfort.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.0 mL pre-filled syringe of hyaluronic acid filler containing 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Administer via bolus technique in the deep subcutaneous or supraperiosteal plane using a 23–25G needle or blunt cannula; aspirate before each bolus. Deliver 0.3–0.5 mL per depot; total volume 0.5–1.0 mL per session. Mold and sculpt immediately post-injection to optimize contour. Longevity 12–18 months; reassess at 4 weeks.
