Description
Madecassol Gel (10 g) is a lightweight, non-greasy topical gel formulated with Centella Asiatica extract (Madecassoside) as the active ingredient, which promotes fibroblast proliferation, stimulates collagen synthesis via TGF-beta1 upregulation, reduces hyaluronic acid degradation, and exerts anti-inflammatory effects on post-procedure and wounded skin. It is antibiotic-free and steroid-free, making it suitable for repeated use on sensitive, reactive, or recently treated skin without risk of antibiotic resistance or corticosteroid-related side effects. Indicated for post-laser, post-peel, post-microneedling, and post-injection recovery, as well as minor wound healing and scar management on the face.

Protocol
Apply a thin layer to clean, intact, or healing skin as needed throughout the day, 2–4 times daily, gently dabbing without friction. Combine with SPF 30+ during daytime use on healing skin.
