Description
Melatoning Cream 2% is a skin-brightening topical cream combining Melatonin — an endogenous neurohormone and potent antioxidant that modulates melanocyte stimulating hormone (MSH) receptor activity and scavenges reactive oxygen species that upregulate melanogenesis — and Niacinamide, which inhibits melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes via suppression of PAR-2 receptor signaling. The dual-mechanism formulation addresses both melanin production and distribution, suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. Indicated for melasma, solar lentigines, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and diffuse uneven skin tone.

Protocol
