Description
ASCE+ IRLV is a lyophilized exosome-based formulation containing 20 mg of highly purified exosome powder per vial, designed for intimate area rejuvenation targeting vaginal dryness, decreased lubrication, and loss of tissue elasticity in the vulvovaginal region. Upon reconstitution with the supplied 2.5 mL diluent, the exosomes deliver signaling molecules that stimulate fibroblast activity, collagen synthesis, and tissue hydration at the cellular level.

Protocol
Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with the full 2.5 mL diluent and mix gently until fully dissolved. Administer topically to the external intimate area using a cotton-tipped applicator or equivalent device, 1-2 times daily; avoid direct mucosal injection unless specifically indicated by a supervising physician. Treatment cycles of 4-8 weeks are typically recommended.
