SELASTIN EXO PLUS is an exosome-based regenerative skin booster combining 100 mg of highly bioactive exosomes per vial with a 5 mL solvent containing PDRN, collagen, peptides, madecassoside, asiaticoside, phytosterol, glycoside, and tannin. Madecassoside and asiaticoside from centella asiatica reduce post-injection inflammation while supporting collagen type I and III synthesis alongside the exosome-mediated repair cascade.

Protocol
Reconstitute the 100 mg exosome powder with the full 5 mL PDRN + collagen + peptide solvent and mix gently until dissolved. Administer via 30G mesotherapy injections at 1-2 mm intradermal depth or via microneedling (0.5-1.5 mm). Recommend 4-6 sessions every 2-4 weeks; best tolerated with topical anaesthetic cream applied 30-45 minutes prior.
