Description
CURENEX SCULP is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator supplied as 360 mg of sterile microparticle powder per vial. PLLA microparticles stimulate a controlled fibroplasia response, inducing neocollagenesis and gradual volumetric restoration in areas of facial volume loss, fine lines, and skin laxity over a period of weeks to months following injection.

Protocol
Reconstitute the 360 mg PLLA powder in 5-8 mL of sterile water for injection or lidocaine solution, mixing vigorously for 2-3 minutes and allowing to hydrate for a minimum of 2 hours (or overnight) at room temperature before use. Inject intradermally to the deep dermis or subcutaneous plane using a 25-26G needle or cannula; avoid superficial injection. A series of 2-3 sessions at 4-6 week intervals is standard, with results developing progressively over 3-6 months.
