Dr. Picos Ureanol Cream is a 200 g intensive moisturizing cream formulated with urea as its principal keratolytic and humectant active, targeting very dry, rough, and thickened skin areas on the body. Urea binds water within the stratum corneum, softens thickened epidermis through keratolytic action, and supports the natural moisture factor of the skin surface. The formulation is particularly effective on elbows, heels, knees, and chronically dry patches.

Protocol
For daily home use on body and problem areas. Apply an appropriate amount to affected zones once or twice daily and massage thoroughly until fully absorbed. For very thickened or fissured areas, apply under occlusion overnight for enhanced penetration. Continue regularly for at least 4 weeks for optimal keratolytic benefit.
