Description
DERMAGEN Urea Cream is a 100 g keratolytic emollient cream with urea as its key active ingredient, supplemented with squalane and tocopheryl acetate. Urea at its working concentration loosens corneocyte cohesion to exfoliate dry, thickened epidermis, binds water within the stratum corneum, and reduces itch by desensitizing C-fibre nerve endings. The squalane component reinforces the lipid barrier while tocopheryl acetate provides antioxidant protection for compromised skin.
Indication
Designed for deep hydration of elbows, heels, knees, and overwashed hands prone to cracking, intended to support softening and conditioning of rough skin.

Protocol
For daily home use on rough body areas. Apply an appropriate amount to affected zones once or twice daily, massaging thoroughly into the skin until fully absorbed. For heavily thickened or fissured skin on heels and elbows, apply under light occlusion overnight for enhanced keratolytic effect. Consistent daily use over 4 to 6 weeks is recommended for optimal results.
