Description
DERMAGEN Scargel is a transparent silicone-based gel dressing in a 15 g tube that forms a thin, breathable, semi-occlusive film over healing scar tissue. The silicone matrix maintains an optimal moisture balance at the scar surface, moderates collagen synthesis to help flatten hypertrophic and keloid scars, and protects the area from mechanical trauma. Regular use softens scar texture and reduces redness, firmness, and elevation over time.

Designed to help support the appearance and flattening of raised post-surgical and post-trauma scars during long-term daily home care routines.
Packaging
Supplied in a 15 g tube for daily home care use across targeted scar areas.
Protocol
For daily home use. Clean and dry the scar area thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of gel directly over the target scar twice daily. Allow the gel to dry completely before covering with clothing or dressings. For optimal remodelling results, use consistently for a minimum of 3 months on post-surgical or post-trauma scars. May be used in conjunction with pressure garments.
