Description
DERMAGEN EZCera Cream is a 200 g medical depigmenting cream formulated with 4% hydroquinone as the principal melanin-suppressing agent. Hydroquinone competitively inhibits tyrosinase, the rate-limiting enzyme in melanin biosynthesis, effectively reducing melanin production and lightening hyperpigmented lesions including melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, freckles, and solar lentigines. The large-format tube supports both supervised in-clinic and home maintenance use.

Packaging
Supplied in a 200 g tube for daily home or in-clinic dispensing use.
Protocol
Apply a thin layer to affected areas 1 to 2 times daily (morning and evening). Use broad-spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen during daytime throughout the treatment course to prevent UV-triggered re-pigmentation and protect existing results. Hydroquinone therapy is typically conducted in supervised 8 to 12 week cycles; treatment should be interrupted if signs of ochronosis or exogenous irritation develop.
