Description
OMEGA PDT is a professional LED photodynamic therapy device delivering four synergistic wavelengths — 415 nm (blue), 633 nm (red), 830 nm (near-infrared), and 590 nm (yellow) — augmented by an infrared lamp for supplementary thermal stimulation. Each wavelength targets a distinct chromophore cascade: blue suppresses Cutibacterium acnes porphyrins, red stimulates fibroblast collagen synthesis, near-infrared penetrates the dermis to reduce inflammation, and yellow addresses vascular redness. The face and body configuration allows full-panel or segmented coverage for facial and décolletage protocols.

Protocol
Cleanse and dry the skin, then apply the relevant photosensitiser if using ALA-PDT mode. Position the LED panel 5–10 cm above the treatment zone and select the wavelength program per the indication. Deliver 10–20 minutes per zone at the manufacturer's recommended irradiance setting. For acne PDT, pre-treat with 5-ALA and allow 30–60 minutes incubation before light exposure. Perform 4–8 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart.
