Description
DIASONO.310 is a dual-modality platform combining the Diacell Peel hydro-dermabrasion and electroporation handpiece with the Sono 310 multi-frequency ultrasonic unit operating at 3 MHz and 10 MHz. The Diacell Peel mode uses aqua peeling to mechanically exfoliate and simultaneously infuse actives, while electroporation transiently opens skin channels to drive hydrophilic molecules 200–400 μm into the epidermis. Sono 310's dual-frequency ultrasound generates thermal and mechanical effects in the dermis to support collagen remodelling and product transdermal absorption.

Protocol
Begin with the Diacell aqua peel pass using sterile saline or a suitable serum at low suction pressure; perform 2–3 passes over the full face. Switch to electroporation mode and apply the active serum, delivering 3–5 passes per zone at 200–400 V with 100 μs pulse width. Complete with the Sono 310 handpiece at 3 MHz for superficial work or 10 MHz for deeper dermal stimulation, applying coupling gel and moving in slow circular strokes for 5–8 minutes per zone. Recommend 4–6 sessions at 2-week intervals.
