Description
DN64 NEEDLE is a 64-pin roller-type replaceable needle cartridge engineered for MTS (Microneedle Transdermal System) devices, available in 0.25 mm depth for epidermal channel formation and 0.5 mm depth for superficial dermal penetration. The 64-pin roller array creates a uniform matrix of micro-channels across a broad surface area in a single pass, enhancing transdermal delivery of applied actives by up to several hundred-fold compared with intact skin. CE certified; supplied 5 cartridges per box for multi-client professional use.

Protocol
Cleanse and disinfect the skin thoroughly; apply a thin layer of the target serum or ampoule to the treatment zone. Insert a new cartridge into the MTS device for each client. Roll in four directions (vertical, horizontal, and two diagonal) with gentle-to-moderate pressure, completing 3–5 passes per zone. For 0.25 mm: perform 8–10 passes; for 0.5 mm: limit to 4–6 passes. Apply the remaining serum and a soothing mask post-procedure. Discard the cartridge immediately after the session.
