Description
HERA VACUUM is an RF vacuum device that combines high-frequency monopolar/bipolar radiofrequency with mechanical suction to synergistically heat the dermis and subcutaneous tissue while mechanically mobilising fibrous septa. The vacuum component folds the skin into the RF field, increasing the effective energy density in the target tissue and improving lymphatic drainage of liberated lipid fragments. The three interchangeable handpieces target distinct anatomical zones: a small facial handpiece for jowl and jawline, a medium body handpiece for arms and thighs, and a large body handpiece for abdomen and flank.

Protocol
Apply a thin layer of RF coupling gel to the treatment area. Attach the appropriate handpiece and set vacuum suction level to patient comfort (typically 30–60 kPa), then set RF energy at the starting level recommended for the selected body zone. Move the handpiece in slow overlapping strokes, maintaining suction contact throughout, until skin surface temperature reaches 40–42 °C as confirmed by the integrated thermometer. Treat each zone for 15–20 minutes. Recommend 6–8 sessions at weekly intervals, with maintenance sessions every 4–6 weeks.
