Description
DR.LIPO+ is a next-generation lipolytic solution formulated with phosphatidylcholine (PPC), sodium deoxycholate (SDC), L-carnitine, and collagen-stimulating peptides (including Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4) for body fat dissolution with concurrent collagen support. PPC and SDC work synergistically to lyse adipocyte membranes and solubilise released lipids, while L-carnitine facilitates mitochondrial fatty-acid beta-oxidation to accelerate metabolic clearance of liberated triglycerides. The peptide complex initiates fibroblast collagen production in the treated zone, helping prevent skin laxity following fat volume reduction.

Protocol
Using a 27–30G needle, inject 0.2–0.5 mL per depot subcutaneously at 6–13 mm depth, spacing deposits 1 cm apart across the planned grid. For larger body zones (abdomen, flanks, thighs), administer 5–10 mL per zone per session, up to 50 mL total. For smaller areas (arms, knee pads), administer 2–5 mL per zone. Perform 4–6 sessions at 3–4 week intervals. Advise the patient to maintain adequate hydration and mild exercise between sessions to support lymphatic clearance.
