Description
Botulax 200U is a higher-unit vial of the Hugel Inc. purified botulinum toxin type A complex (strain CBFC26), formulated identically to the 100U product but with twice the unit content per vial. The larger vial is suited to high-volume treatment sessions covering multiple facial zones or combining facial aesthetics with functional indications such as masseter reduction (bruxism, square jaw), hyperhidrosis (axillary or palmar), and neck platysmal band correction, where total session dose routinely exceeds 100 units.

Protocol
Reconstitute with 2.0–5.0 mL of preservative-free 0.9% saline to achieve a working concentration of 4–10 U per 0.1 mL. For masseter reduction, inject 20–30 U per masseter into the bulk of the muscle using a 30G needle, with 3–5 injection points per side. For axillary hyperhidrosis, inject 50 U per axilla across 10–15 grid points (5 U/point), after minor starch-iodine test mapping. For facial aesthetics, apply standard dosing across glabella, forehead, and crow's feet as per 100U protocol. Duration 3–6 months; use within 24 hours of reconstitution.
