Description
Nabota 200-unit vial (prabotulinumtoxinA) is the high-capacity presentation of Daewoong Pharmaceuticals' FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A, designed for multi-area or multi-patient aesthetic sessions. The highly purified 900 kDa complex maintains consistent potency and a low protein load, reducing the risk of antibody formation with repeated use. Indicated for glabellar lines, forehead rhytids, crow's feet, and off-label neck bands and masseter reduction.

Protocol
Reconstitute 200-unit vial with 5 mL preservative-free 0.9% saline (40 units/mL). For glabellar lines, inject 20 units (5 sites × 4 units); forehead: 10–20 units; lateral canthal lines: 6–15 units per side; masseter reduction: 20–30 units per side. Use a 30–32G needle for all injections. Repeat every 3–4 months.
