

Description
Kaimax is a high-purity botulinum toxin type A product manufactured in South Korea, formulated as a lyophilised powder with the 900 kDa neurotoxin complex and human serum albumin stabiliser. Designed for aesthetic neuromodulation, it targets the neuromuscular junction to temporarily inhibit acetylcholine release, reducing muscle contraction in dynamic rhytid-forming muscles. Indicated for glabellar lines, forehead rhytids, and crow's feet.

Protocol
Reconstitute 100-unit vial with 2.5 mL preservative-free 0.9% saline (40 units/mL). Inject intramuscularly using a 30–32G needle; glabellar: 20–25 units at 5 sites; forehead: 10–20 units; crow's feet: 6–12 units per side. Allow 3–5 days for clinical onset; full effect by day 14. Repeat every 3–4 months.
