Protocol
Reconstitute 200-unit vial with 5 mL preservative-free 0.9% saline (40 units/mL). Use a 30–32G needle for IM injections; glabellar: 20–25 units; frontalis: 10–20 units; lateral canthal: 6–15 units per side; masseter: 20–30 units per side. Keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours of reconstitution. Repeat every 3–4 months.
