Zerotox is a botulinum toxin type A product manufactured in South Korea, containing 100 units of the purified neurotoxin complex with human serum albumin and sodium chloride stabilisers. By inhibiting acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, it produces temporary focal muscle relaxation suitable for dynamic rhytid correction. Indicated for glabellar frown lines, forehead lines, and lateral canthal crow's feet.

Protocol
Reconstitute 100-unit vial with 2.5 mL preservative-free 0.9% saline (40 units/mL). Administer intramuscularly using a 30–32G needle; glabellar: 20–25 units at 5 sites (4–5 units each); forehead: 10–20 units; crow's feet: 6–12 units per side. Onset in 2–4 days; peak at day 7–14. Repeat every 3–4 months.
