Juvelook (50 mg) is a next-generation PLA/HA hybrid skin booster developed by Dexlevo (South Korea), containing PLA microparticles and hyaluronic acid in a single 50 mg vial. The spherical PLA microparticles (10–20 μm) are specifically engineered to be small enough for superficial intradermal injection, stimulating collagen synthesis at the dermal level while the HA carrier provides immediate skin hydration. Protocol
Reconstitute with 1–2 mL sterile water for injection; allow to hydrate for 1 hour at room temperature, then add 0.5 mL 1% lidocaine. Inject intradermally using a 27–30G needle with a nappage or micro-bolus technique at 1–2 mm depth, 0.02–0.05 mL per point. Sessions at 2-week intervals for 3–4 sessions initially; maintenance every 3–6 months. Suitable for periorbital area, cheeks, nasolabial region, and hands.
