Description
LAENNEC (50-ampoule box) is a pharmaceutical-grade human placenta hydrolysate developed by Japan Bio Products Co., Ltd., containing over 200 bioactive components including low-molecular-weight peptides, 18 amino acids, 14 growth factors (EGF, FGF, HGF, IGF), and 26 minerals. The hydrolysate exerts hepatoprotective effects through hepatocyte growth factor stimulation and oxidative stress reduction, while its growth factor profile promotes cellular regeneration, collagen synthesis, and immunomodulation — supporting both liver function restoration and non-surgical skin rejuvenation. Indicated for chronic hepatitis, liver fibrosis, atopic dermatitis, and aesthetic anti-ageing protocols.

Protocol
Standard adult dose: 2 mL subcutaneous or intramuscular injection once daily (gluteus maximus or abdomen using a 26–30G needle), with frequency increased to 2–3 times daily for severe hepatic indications. For aesthetic mesotherapy protocols, administer 1–2 mL intradermal or subdermal once or twice weekly; a standard rejuvenation course is 10–20 sessions. Clinical hepatic reassessment including ALT/AST at 4 and 12 weeks.
