Description
DK Filler Cannula with Punching Needle (18G x 50/70 mm) is a sterile, single-use large-bore blunt-tip microcannula designed for high-viscosity, large-volume filler or fat transfer-adjunct procedures. The 18G lumen accommodates even dense cross-linked HA products or PRF-enhanced preparations with minimal injection resistance. At 50 mm and 70 mm lengths, it supports deep subcutaneous volumising of the cheeks, temporal hollows, and body contouring sites through a single entry point.

Protocol
Create access with the included sharp 16G or 17G punching needle; advance the 18G cannula in the deep subcutaneous or supraperiosteal plane with steady forward pressure. Deliver product in 0.2–0.5 mL retrograde boluses or slow continuous threading passes. Avoid injecting under excessive resistance. Optimal for high-viscosity products requiring a wide-bore delivery path. Single patient use; do not re-autoclave or re-use.
