Description
Ultrahilo is a bio-revitalising injectable containing 32 mg of high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) and 32 mg of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) per 2 mL, formulated as a Profhilo-analogue hybrid HA booster without chemical crosslinker (BDDE). The H-HA component acts as a slow-release hydration depot in the dermis, while the L-HA diffuses rapidly to stimulate adipocyte and fibroblast activity, triggering collagen and elastin production for genuine skin remodelling. Together they deliver deep hydration, improved laxity, and surface texture refinement across a short treatment course.

Intended for professional bio-revitalization procedures designed for use by trained practitioners performing skin-quality treatments.
Packaging
Supplied as a 2 mL sterile pre-filled syringe of HA sodium salt, one syringe per pack.
Protocol
Administer subcutaneously using a 25–27G needle via BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique: 5 points per hemi-face or adapted 5-point protocol for neck and décolletage. Inject 0.2 mL per point as a bolus; aspirate at each site before depositing. Standard course: 2 sessions 4 weeks apart; a third session at 3 months optimises remodelling. Maintenance every 6 months.
