Description
Evehilo is a hybrid hyaluronic acid bio-revitaliser containing 32 mg H-HA and 32 mg L-HA per 2 mL at 3.2% total HA concentration, formulated without BDDE cross-linker in the manner of leading stabilised hybrid HA platforms. The high-molecular-weight fraction sustains dermal hydration, while the low-molecular-weight fraction disperses to activate dermal fibroblasts and stimulate neocollagenesis and elastin synthesis, addressing both skin laxity and surface quality simultaneously. Supplied as a sterile pre-filled syringe for BAP or nappage administration.

Packaging
Supplied as a 2 mL sterile pre-filled syringe of HA sodium salt (3.2%), one syringe per pack.
Protocol
Inject subcutaneously via BAP technique using a 25–27G needle, placing 0.2 mL bolus deposits at five injection points per hemi-face or equivalent points on neck and décolletage. Aspirate before each bolus. Standard protocol: 2 sessions 4 weeks apart, followed by a maintenance session at 6 months. An alternative nappage approach at the intradermal level is appropriate for neck laxity.
