Description
Youthfill PN is a viscous, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide (PN) bio-revitalising injectable containing 20 mg HA and 5 mg PN per 2.5 mL syringe, formulated with lidocaine for procedural comfort. The PN fraction activates A2A purinergic receptors on fibroblasts to stimulate collagen and extracellular matrix synthesis, while the non-cross-linked HA provides immediate hydration and a supportive tissue matrix. Together they address fine lines, skin laxity, texture irregularity, and dullness in a single bio-revitalisation session.

Intended for professional skin rejuvenation procedures suitable for trained practitioners performing skin-quality and bio-revitalization treatments.
Packaging
Supplied as 1 sterile pre-filled syringe of 2.5 mL, one syringe per individually sealed pack.
Protocol
Administer intradermally using a 30–32G needle at 1–2 mm depth via papule injection technique, creating 0.3–0.5 cm diameter papules across the target area in a grid pattern. Distribute the 2.5 mL volume over the full face, neck, or target zone per session. Recommended course: 4 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart; skin softening and hydration improvement develop progressively. Maintenance sessions every 2–3 months.
