Description
MisAdi Beso is a pre-filled syringe containing 24 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid with lidocaine hydrochloride and Vitamin B12, buffered in phosphate-buffered saline at physiological pH 7. The formulation is designed for lip augmentation and perioral contouring, providing immediate volumizing effect while lidocaine reduces procedural discomfort and Vitamin B12 supports tissue vitality. The 1 mL volume is calibrated for single-session lip enhancement.

Packaging
Supplied as a single pre-filled syringe of 1 mL containing cross-linked HA at 24 mg/mL with lidocaine.
Protocol
Administer via linear threading or serial puncture technique into the mid-dermis or vermillion border using a 27–30G needle; aspirate before each bolus. For lip augmentation, inject 0.05–0.1 mL per point along the vermillion border and body of the lip. Total dose per session typically 0.5–1.0 mL. Repeat at 6–12 month intervals based on clinical assessment.
