Description
Revolax Deep Plus is a dense monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, designed for mid-dermal corrections by BioPlus Co. (Korea). It provides firm, long-lasting augmentation of moderate nasolabial folds, perioral lines, and mid-face volume hollowing, with the elevated HA concentration delivering more pronounced lift than lower-concentration fillers at comparable depth.
Indication
Suitable for moderate folds and mid-depth volume restoration. Intended for practitioners targeting the mid-dermal layer where added injection comfort is desired.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.1 mL syringe containing HA at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Inject into the mid-to-deep dermis using a 27G needle via retrograde threading or fanning technique; aspirate before each bolus. Deliver 0.1–0.3 mL per linear cm of fold or per depot; typical session volume 0.5–1.1 mL. Massage post-injection to contour gel. Longevity 9–12 months; reassess at 2 weeks.
