Description
Sosum M (CE) is a stabilized cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL without lidocaine, formulated with moderate gel cohesivity for mid-dermal placement. It targets moderate nasolabial folds, perioral lines, and mid-face hollowing requiring controlled volumizing without the lidocaine component. The dual-syringe pack supports bilateral facial treatment in a single visit.
Indication
Suitable for moderate folds and mid-depth volume support. Recommended for practitioners requiring a lidocaine-free option targeting the mid-dermal layer.
Packaging
Supplied as 2 pre-filled syringes of 1.1 mL containing hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL, without lidocaine.
Protocol
Apply topical anaesthetic 20–30 minutes prior to injection. Administer into the mid-dermis using a 27–30G needle via retrograde linear threading or serial puncture; aspirate before each bolus. Inject 0.1–0.2 mL per linear cm of fold or per depot. Two syringes (1.1 mL each) provide adequate volume for standard bilateral nasolabial correction. Longevity 9–12 months.
