Description
Elasty Deep Plus is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler with 0.3% lidocaine, formulated with higher gel cohesivity for mid-dermal correction. It targets moderate nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and cheek volume support, delivering controlled lift with natural tissue integration and reduced injection discomfort due to the integrated lidocaine. The 1.0 mL syringe is suited for single-fold or focal area treatment.
Indication
Suitable for moderate folds and mid-depth volume restoration. Intended for practitioners targeting the mid-dermal layer with added patient comfort.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.0 mL pre-filled syringe of hyaluronic acid filler containing 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Inject into the mid-dermis using a 27G needle via retrograde linear threading or fanning; aspirate before each bolus. Integrated lidocaine reduces discomfort 1–2 minutes after contact. Deliver 0.1–0.3 mL per linear cm of fold or per depot; total session volume 0.5–1.0 mL. Reassess at 2 weeks; longevity 9–12 months.
