Description
Neuramis Deep with Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 20 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, combining deep-dermal fold correction with enhanced procedural comfort. It is designed for moderate-to-deep nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin or cheek augmentation at mid-to-deep dermal depth, where both lifting capacity and patient tolerance are treatment considerations.
Indication
Suitable for deep folds and mid-to-deep volume support. Intended for deeper placement where added injection comfort is desired by the practitioner.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.0 mL syringe containing HA at 20 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Inject into the deep dermis using a 27G needle via retrograde threading or depot injection; aspirate before each bolus. Integrated lidocaine reduces discomfort within 1–2 minutes. Deliver 0.1–0.3 mL per depot; typical session volume 0.5–1.0 mL. Massage post-injection to contour. Longevity 9–12 months; reassess at 2 weeks.
