Description
Dermalax Deep Plus is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, calibrated for deeper dermal correction and pronounced volume restoration. The higher HA concentration versus Dermalax Plus provides increased gel stiffness, making it suitable for deep nasolabial folds, chin augmentation, and mid-face volume deficits requiring firm, lasting support.
Indication
Suitable for moderate to deep folds and volume restoration. Intended for practitioners targeting the deeper dermal layer with added injection comfort.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.1 mL syringe containing HA at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Inject into the deep dermis using a 27G needle via retrograde linear threading or depot injection; aspirate before each bolus. Deliver 0.1–0.3 mL per depot; total session volume 0.5–1.1 mL. Lidocaine reduces procedural discomfort within 1–2 minutes. Massage post-injection. Longevity 9–12 months; reassess at 2 weeks.
