Description
Sosum H (CE) is a highly cross-linked, high-viscosity hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL without lidocaine, engineered for deep tissue placement and structural volumization. Its elevated gel hardness (G') supports pronounced lifting and contouring in areas such as cheeks, chin, and jawline. The lidocaine-free formulation requires pre-procedural topical or regional anaesthesia.
Indication
Suitable for deep volume restoration and facial contouring. Recommended for practitioners requiring a lidocaine-free option for structural support.
Packaging
Supplied as 2 pre-filled syringes of 1.1 mL containing hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL, without lidocaine.
Protocol
Apply topical anaesthetic or administer regional block 20–30 minutes prior to procedure. Inject supraperiosteally or in the deep subcutaneous plane using a 23–25G needle or blunt cannula; aspirate before each bolus. Deposit 0.3–0.5 mL per bolus; typical total volume 1–2 mL per side. Mold and sculpt immediately post-injection. Longevity 12–18 months.
