Description
Juve Eyes PN 1% is a periorbital-dedicated polynucleotide injectable containing 20 mg PN per 2 mL, formulated for the delicate under-eye trough and periorbital wrinkle zones. The high-purity PN material activates fibroblasts via purinergic signaling to stimulate collagen and elastin neosynthesis, repair the extracellular matrix, and improve periorbital skin density and hydration. It is indicated for tear-trough dehydration, periorbital laxity, under-eye fine lines, and dark-circle associated skin thinning.
Indication
Designed for professional mesotherapy of the periorbital area and tear-valley zone, intended for hydration support, gentle refinement, and adjunctive use within structured in-clinic programs.
Packaging
Supplied as 1 prefilled syringe containing 20 mg of polynucleotide per 2 mL for single-session in-clinic use.
Protocol
Use the full 2 mL prefilled syringe per bilateral treatment session with a 32G or 33G needle. Inject at 0.5–1.5 mm intradermal depth using micro-papule or linear retrograde technique along the tear trough, 0.01–0.02 mL per point. Recommend 3–4 sessions at 2-week intervals; maintenance monthly or every 2–3 months depending on clinical response.
