Description
Miracle L is a polycaprolactone (PCL) 20% meso-lifting solution supplied as five 2 mL vials, delivering pure PCL microspheres in a biocompatible carrier without an HA component. The PCL microspheres provide a persistent mechanical scaffold that stimulates prolonged fibroblast activation and collagen type I neosynthesis lasting up to 18–24 months, effectively lifting and firming lax facial skin. Protocol
Use a 27G needle to inject PCL at 2–4 mm depth (mid-dermis to deep dermis) using retrograde linear threading along the nasolabial folds, jowls, and jawline lifting corridors. Apply 0.5–1.0 mL per vector; total session dose is typically 4–8 mL for a full facial treatment. Perform 2–3 sessions at 4–6 week intervals; collagen remodeling continues for up to 18 months.
