Description
GOURI is the world's first fully solubilized injectable polycaprolactone (PCL) biostimulator, delivering 210 mg/mL of liquid-phase PCL in a single 1 mL pre-filled syringe. Unlike microparticle-based collagen stimulators, GOURI's homogeneous liquid formulation spreads evenly through the dermal and subdermal planes after injection, creating a three-dimensional matrix that activates fibroblasts to generate new collagen, restore elasticity, and tighten lax skin across the full face. Indications include skin laxity, loss of elasticity, fine lines, and overall facial rejuvenation requiring a biostimulation approach.

Protocol
Administer via cannula or 30–33G needle into the deep dermis or subdermis at 1–4 mm depth, distributing the 1 mL syringe across 6 directional vectors on the face without the need for manual shaping. A single treatment session is standard; results develop over 4–12 weeks and last up to 12 months. A 1-month interval is recommended before combining with cross-linked HA fillers or PRP.
