Description
P198 Filcore SB (ExoHealer) is a lyophilised exosome cell booster containing 245.7 billion exosome particles per vial, formulated to deliver six types of skin growth factors including EGF, VEGF, IGF, KGF, and anti-inflammatory mediators. Upon reconstitution with its activating solvent, it targets dermal regeneration, collagen stimulation, skin barrier reinforcement, and visible improvement in firmness, radiance, and fine line attenuation. The exosome technology enables precise molecular signalling at the cellular level, distinguishing it from conventional HA boosters.

Packaging
Supplied as 2 mL x 10 lyophilized vials per individually sealed pack.
Protocol
Reconstitute each lyophilised 2 mL vial with 5 mL of the provided activating solution or normal saline immediately before administration. Administer intradermally using a 30–32G needle at 1–3 mm depth via nappage or serial puncture technique, or apply topically following microneedling or RF fractional treatment. Standard course: 4–6 sessions every 1–2 weeks, with maintenance every 1–3 months.
