Description
Miracle X is a polycaprolactone (PCL)–hyaluronic acid composite skin booster supplied in 2 mL vials, combining the long-lasting biostimulatory properties of PCL microspheres with the immediate volumizing hydration of HA. The PCL microspheres act as a scaffold for neocollagenesis by stimulating fibroblast activity over a 12–18 month period, while the HA carrier provides immediate skin plumping and moisture retention. It is indicated for facial skin laxity, volume loss, and deep dermal hydration requiring both immediate effect and prolonged collagen induction.

Designed for professional skin booster and meso-lifting protocols, intended to support facial hydration, surface quality, and adjunctive use within structured in-clinic conditioning programs.
Packaging
Supplied as 5 vials of 2 mL each per pack, providing a complete in-clinic working set per program.
Protocol
Draw from the 2 mL vial and inject with a 27G or 30G needle at mid-to-deep dermis depth (2–4 mm) using linear retrograde threading or bolus technique for lifting zones; finer nappage can be used for superficial hydration. Use 1–2 mL per facial zone per session; perform 2–3 sessions at 4–6 week intervals and reassess at 3 months.
