Description
Volassom Calcium Bio Stimulator (analogue of Facetem) is a calcium hydroxyapatite injectable containing CaHA microspheres in a gel carrier, supplied as two 0.8 mL syringes, formulated as a Korean-manufactured analogue of established CaHA bio-stimulators. The CaHA microspheres (average diameter 25–45 μm) act as a temporary scaffold providing immediate soft-tissue augmentation while simultaneously triggering neocollagenesis via fibroblast stimulation, with biological resorption of the calcium and phosphate particles over 12–18 months. It is indicated for facial volume restoration, skin biostimulation, jawline contouring, hand rejuvenation, and body skin tightening.

Protocol
Inject undiluted from the 0.8 mL prefilled syringe at subdermal or deep dermal depth with a 25G or 27G needle using retrograde threading or depot technique for contouring; for skin biostimulation, dilute with normal saline or lidocaine (3:1 to 4:1 ratio) and inject intradermally at 2–3 mm depth. Use 0.5–1.5 mL per zone; 1–2 initial sessions with 4–6 week review, then maintenance at 12–18 months.
